Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns and provide an exchange or refund for the following reasons:

✅ The product is faulty.
✅ You can provide proof of purchase.

We believe in our clinically tested formulations and the benefits they bring to your dog’s health. However, we’re happy to accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase to ensure your experience with us is as positive as possible.
